  1. Pan mea oil dal kar chicken add karen aur 2 minutes tak cook karen ab sari vegetables add karrden ab sath hi soya sauce,white vinegar, salt,black pepper, crushed red chilli dal kar high flame per 3 minutes tak cook karen aur flame off kar lein aur isko thanda hony ke leay rakh dein.
  2. Ab roll patti le kar usme filling dal lein di gai picture ki madad sey aur hathou ki madad se roll ko wrap kar lein.
  3. Ab flour mixture ko sheet ke last corners pe apply karen ta key roll ki sheet achi tarha joint hojeay phir inko medium flame per golden hony tak fry kar lein.
  4. Crispy roll ready hai.

Gently drop the spring rolls into the oil and deep fry in batches. Remove the spring rolls using a strainer or a slotted spoon, draining excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels. Transfer fried spring rolls to a colander lined with paper towel, place them in an upright position to drain excess oil. The spring rolls will be crispy if you use wet wrappers.
